OUTRO
A final thought.
I keep saying, this year we will see the more creative rappers in the genre thrive. With JID on the way, after being away for so long, and fans being able to see how Lancey Foux dialed in while creating music during his stream with PlaqueBoyMax, this assertion seems to be even more the case.
Lancey and Max created two full songs live on Twitch — “Biggest on the Island” and “Bizarre,” and witnessing it was pure magic.
JID on the other hand was recently spotted with Mr. Flute Man and creative genius himself, Andre 3000, spurring speculation that the two have something cooking.
Quality creations and collaborations to push everything forward is the new wave. The quick, microwave, nostalgic, get-a-hit-real-quick days are done. The people are craving for something deeper than that and if you ask me, this is just what the culture has needed.
Ok now I feel like I’m caught up on everything I missed this week 🔥🔥🔥
